Brian Knorr has lived in northern Michigan for 26 years and he has spent all of those years at Nye Plumbing & Heating as a service technician. He holds a Master Plumbers License and EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification. In his spare time, he enjoys bowhunting and fishing. His favorite things about living in northern Michigan are being close to lakes and forests and enjoying Lake Michigan sunsets.

Ken Nye is the second generation owner of Nye Plumbing & Heating. He was born and raised in northern Michigan and has worked at Nye Plumbing & Heating in various capacities for 37 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan, a Master Plumbers License, Plumbing Contractors License, Mechanical Contractors License, Boiler Installers License and Builders License. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and making maple syrup. He is also a hobbyist sawyer. His favorite thing about living in northern Michigan is the beautiful nature that surrounds the area.

Rhonda Nye has played a crucial role in supporting Nye Plumbing & Heating for decades. Over the last two years, she has assumed a more active administrative role and can often be found in the office with Ken. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Michigan State University. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her labrador retrievers and gardening. Her favorite thing about living in northern Michigan is enjoying the water, woods and trails.
